| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree – preferably IT/technical
- Min. 1 year experience in .NET programming (desktop applications, distributed applications, C#, .Net solutions architechture, application-level security)
- Min. two years experience in Microsoft databases programming (MS SQL 2000 / 2005 / MSDE, database-level security, Reporting Services)
- MCAD or MCSD - Advantage
- Document Scanning, Image Processing and Storage applications - Advantage
- Customer Oriented - Essential
- Experience with an International company – Advantage
- Able to work independently
- High level of technical drive
- Fluent English required.
- Initiative and a drive to succeed, highly results driven.
- Ability to work well with colleagues from other functional areas and manage teamwork.
- Self-motivated / capable of working on own, defining own work processes and able to make decisions. Excellent planning and organizing skills.

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- design and implement optimal Document Processing software solutions, managing the delivery of the solutions; has ownership for resolution of application, software, and connectivity problems requiring on-site support.
- Consult with customers in designing and implementing Document Processing software solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and technical strategist for customer senior management.
- Assume the leadership role in analyzing and documenting customer requirements through the assessment methodology and tools.
- Develop software solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements. Apply technical knowledge and expertise to design appropriate solutions using our client's and third party products and services.
- Write and present the technical portions of proposals. Include customer support recommendations.
- Provide technical support for high-level sales presentations and customized demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements for support services; recommend and deliver billable services as appropriate.
- Plan the implementation of complex solutions:
- Assure the technical validity and interoperability of the solution and its direct relationship to the customer’s strategic business plans.
- Develop skills required by new technologies and markets.
- Develop implementation plan, working with our client, customer, and third party resources. Obtain commitment to activities and schedule.
- May act as project manager for the implementation team. Coordinate our client's, customer, and third-party resources.
