CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• Economic/Social superior studies, graduated;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in IT field is a plus);
• Good knowledge of Romanian Labor legislation;
• Understanding the corporate environment together with IT operations and processes;
• Fluent in written and spoken English (German language is a plus);
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools;
• Ability to work in a cooperative work environment;
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community;
• Ability to analyze problems and propose creative solutions to complex human resource issues;
• Knowledge of contemporary principles of human resource management and public personnel practices;
• Open-minded, energetic, complying to confidentiality;
• Analytical thinking, priority setting and proactive skills;
• Computer knowledge: word processing, spreadsheet, presentations. |

Responsibilities:
• Supporting HR activities: recruitment planning;
• Atending the first interview with potential candidates;
• Sum up the first inteview feedback and prepare recommendations;
• Prepare documents and reports regarding HR activities;
• Monitoring the implementation of company culture principles;
• Monitoring the implementation of internal HR programs;
• Monitoring the implementation of trainings, team buildings, etc;
• Perform other HR administrative tasks. |
