CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key Requirements
• Proven experience of more than 2 years in the use, installation, support, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems;
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills;
• Strong planning and organizational skills allowing one to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Work Attitude/Aptitudes:
• Flexible and able to work in high stress situations and/or off business hours;
Additional skills
• Experience of working in a multi site environment;
• Prior experience in a 24/7 production environment;
• Banking field experience is considered a plus;
• Excellent command of English language.
• UNIX/Linux Knowledge - considered a plus.
• Experience with Oracle database/DB2/WebSphere under UNIX – considered a plus;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Day-to-day administration of the SWIFT and Electronic Payments System systems;
• Troubleshooting and first level support tasks;
• Configure, maintain and support the hardware and software of SWIFT/EPS servers;
• System backup, recovery and security tasks;
• Setup and operation of disaster recovery solutions for SWIFT/EPS machines;
• Develop and maintain documentation for procedures relating to SWIFT/EPS.
