| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
DESIGN DEPARTMENT MANAGER:
Assume the responsibility of the company in accordance with the agreed business plan.
- Assume the responsibility of the result of the company; realize the monthly analytical reporting of the company
- Manage the human resources
- Assume the responsibility of the offers to the clients (internal or external)
- Manage the different projects (with the help of the piping manager) in terms of schedule and results
- Assume the responsibility of the quality and the use of the procedures (with the help of the piping manager)
- Assume the responsibility of the safety of the human resources (legal responsibility)
PIPING MANAGER:
Assume the technical responsibility of all the works done in the company.
- Assume the responsibility of all the projects from the offer until the end
- Manage the human resources under the orders of the Design Manager
- Manage the different projects in terms of schedule, quality and productivity
- Assume the responsibility of the quality and the use of the procedures
- Coordinate the work of all the teams, organize the necessary meetings (beginning, debriefing …)
Work experience: Between 5 – 10 years of experience in a design department
Foreign languages: French or English (fluent)
PC skills: Good knowledge of Windows software (Office Pack).Good Knowledge of design software (AUTOCAD, CAESAR II)
Good knowledge of American norms and codes such as ASME, ASTM, API, …
Knowledge of European codes and norms would be an advantage
Driving licence
