Our client is a major player in the real estate and property development field. The international team based in Bucharest are searching for a new team player - that of a Spanish Speaking Office Assistant to help manage and organise their busy office.

This role would offer the right candidate a chance to practice their language skills daily, with an international management team. To become involved with interesting projects, whilst managing the administration of a busy local office.

Daily Responsibilities will include:

- Handing incoming/outgoing calls, follow up messages etc;
- Managing all correspondence - mail, email, fax, etc;
- Welcoming visitors, managing the office diary;
- Complete translation of documents;
- Coordinating the office - dealing with suppliers, ordering equipment, maintaining a strong information flow throughout the office.
