SECRETARY - urgently required!!

On behalf of our client, an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services, we are looking for one person motivated for the Secretary role!

Requests:

- university degree is an advantage;
- relevant experience on a similar position;
- very good knowledge of English;
- stable person, well organized, proactive, able to work under low supervision.

Responsibilities:

- organizing the documents flow in the office(keeps, IN/OUT register, archives documents);
- corrdinating different office suppliers: couriers, stationary suppliers, etc;
- protocol activities;
- organizing different events;
- translations for different departments;
- perform local and external travel arrangements(tickets, acccommodation, insurance);
- assistance for the General Manager;
