Medical Advisor

On behalf of our client a very important player on the pharmaceutical market with specialists working in the company's targeted terapeutical areas (oncology, endocrinology and neuromuscular disorders) we are looking for a Medical Advisor.

The ideal candidate must be a serious and responsible person with the following skills and competences:

Medical university studies.
Experience in the field for at least one year; experience in oncology area is an advantage.
Fluency in English and French is an advantage.
Communicative, analitical with an antreprenorial skills.

Provide strategic input to product plans.
Deliver rapid feedback, support and medical training to internal staff.
Organize periodically the medical tests in order to increase the team medical background in line with the company needs.
Initiate and perform meeting with KOLs and other decision makers in order to medically and scientifically support our products and initiate collaborations.
Provide medical documentation to price and reimbursement dossiers.
Provide the specific medical information to the authorities (if necessary).
Support sales force at clinical visits, congresses and other meetings.
Propose clinical centers for participation to R&D / GMA & EA Med HQ international studies.
Monitor the local clinical & epidemiological studies.
She/ he will be the liaison person for the HQ clinical studies monitor and/or for the contracted CRO companies.
Handling grants and investigator sponsored studies.
Ensure that a clinical studies and medical pharmacovigilance system is provided in compliance with the company SOPs and national regulations for all actual and future company products in the Romanian market, in close collaboration with regulatory department.
Give medical support to regulatory department.
Updated on applicable regulatory requirements such as GCP, SOPs, company policies and the Medicines Act and Industry Codes of Practice.
Respect and apply the company travel policy, the company dead lines for the activity report by using the specific reports, the financial& accounting policies - manage expenditures effectively.
Check regularly E-Library (once/week) by using the relevant information’s in the specific work.
Respect and accomplish all other specific activity tasks received from the direct manager.
