CAR FLEET COORDINATOR

We are currently searching for a highly skilled and motived CAR FLEET COORDINATOR to work within a highly successful and expanding FMCG company.

Covering Romania, this large fleet of vehicles must be maintained at their optimum performance, ensuring they are mechanically sound, fully insured and legally acceptable, being used appropriately for their purpose and economically viable.

You will have support in each Branch across the country and therefore its important to demonstrate clear communication and management skills. Being able to give clear instructions and identify support when needed.

- Maintain the car fleet at its optimum performance; (servicing, insurance, repairs, legal papers etc)

- Where necessary, become involved in route-planning to ensure each of the vehicles are economically working to benefit the company: running with a full container, delivering along the most economical route etc.

- Build strong internal communication to ensure any issue is managed and prioritised; keep the customer happy.

- Build relationships with suppliers to ensure the best contractual agreements are in place;

- Be aware of all legislative changes that could impact the fleet;

- ARR certified;
