Sales Engineer – industrial field

In the name of our client, world leading provider of industrial productivity solutions, we are looking for a dedicated sales engineer to sustain the business in his assigned territory.
The position reports directly to the Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Develop the business in Romania to achieve ambitious growth by giving the products their best chance on the market.
- Continuously improve his knowledge about the company products in his responsibility and about sales and marketing skills.
- Improve the sales results by using direct channels and support distributors network.
- Use the technical available resources to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Actively promote the company products in Romania by different promotional actions.
- Maintain a good and close cooperation with the management and all the other departments in the company – aftermarket, logistics, etc.
- Prepare reports as assigned relative to his activity and send feedback based on customer contacts, market intelligence.
- Continuously develop the business activity to create lasting results and to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Support and grow the Aftermarket business (service and parts).

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years relevant industrial sales experience (General Industry)
- University degree in engineering in mechanical field (pneumatics or hydraulics could be a plus), commercially oriented or similar experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills on Romanian language is a must
- Good knowledge of English Language in both writing and speaking level
- Must be proficient in MS Office, knowledge in Lotus Notes and ERP will be a plus
- Must have valid driving license B type
- Willingness to travel all over Romania (frequently overnight) on a regular basis
