Procurment Analyst - Market Planner

On behalf of our client a very important multinational player on the cosmetics market, we are looking for a professional to fill in the position of Market Planner - Procurment Analyst.

- University degree (preferably technical or economical background);
- one year experience in similar position;
- excellent computer operation skills (MS Office, ERP);
- Good English knowledge – both spoken and written
- Previous experience with SAP would be a plus;
- Ability to work within tight deadlines;
- Analytical thinker, fast learner with eye for details;
- Team working spirit.

- Maintain optimal stock levels through proper planning of orders to affiliate and external suppliers;
- Ensure continuous product availability in the local market. Update suppliers for major variations in demand and review alternatives to prevent out-of-stocks;
- Manage and overview the logistics flow of imports;
- Ensure the timely preparation of local initiatives (sets, promo packs etc);
- Maintain logistics master data and parameters in the ERP and other planning tools;
- Update the respective reporting tools, analyze data to understand deviation root causes and propose/ initiate improvement action plans;
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, both internal (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external (Group Supply Chain, International Suppliers).
