CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

On behalf of our client, one of the largest providers of direct marketing activities in Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a professional to fill in the position of:

Key Account Manager

Location: Bucharest
Reports to: Sales Director

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with the prospective Key Accounts entities all over the country
• Investigating and assessing customer's needs; propose solutions for catalogues
• Monitoring the client's payments
• Organizing promotion activities: improve merchandising in sales points according to company standards
• Negotiate the conditions regarding listing new products (prices, quantities, catalogs, etc.)
• Collect information about competition, analyze them and take actions
• Identifies new business opportunities through various methods
• Collect information about the targeted clients
• Performing sales, trend and profitability analysis
• Preparing implementation of new international brands from the Group in Romania
• Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
• Assisting in identifying new sales perspectives and driving business growth in the region
• Write periodical activity reports for management
• Monitor competition and supervise the activities in retailers environment.

Requirements:

• Economic degree, ideally with business / marketing combination
• At least 3 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and/or distributors
• Proven connections and distribution network on retail market
• Customer focused, goal oriented and can act and work independently
• Must have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and be able to communicate with a wide range of people of different levels and countries
• Self-motivated, ambitious and hard-working
• Ability to create and sustain professional presentations and qualified to negotiate at all levels of the account to achieve customer and company objectives while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Sense of purpose and goal achievement, along with creativity and optimism
• Position requires ability to communicate the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product
• Able to maximize sales through effective use of time management, systems targeting, and organizational skills
• Team player, well organized, methodical, able to work well under pressure
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving attitude
• English (conversational and reporting level)
