CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
On behalf of our client, a real estate asset management and development company, we are looking for a Junior Analyst.
Requests:
University degree(Economic is a plus);
Experience in a similar position;
MS Office(especially Excel / Power Point)
English language;
Good organization skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main duties:
Collate and produce various presentations using informatics diagrams and charts as requested;
Production of all presentation for board and management team, as well as clients and potential investors;
Compile internal reporting documentation as directed by management team;
Prepare financial analysis to support strategic decisions ie. investments;
Identify discrepancies in reports and highlight key areas of concern or importance;
Create and streamline the internal reporting system to ensure each document has a uniformed appearance;
Monitor the consistency of all reports and presentations, ensuring a common theme is incorporated throughout;
