Expansion Executive

On behalf of our client, Danish company active in the field of real estate consultancy, offering support for it’s clients in activities such as administration, securing, acquisition and sale of agricultural land, we are looking for a professional to fill in the position of:

Expansion Executive

Location: Bucharest
Reports to: Country Director
Subordinates: No

Responsibilities:
• Active search of agricultural lands and analyze their potential for the clients.
• Support the process of plots acquisition, including registration of properties.
• Make the preliminary negotiation of price and conditions with land owners.
• Managing the paper work necessary for land acquisition.
• Keep records and report on the ongoing operations.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local business contacts (public authorities, mayors office, agents etc.) in the assigned territories.

Requirements:
• Experience in acquisition and selling of agricultural land.
• Familiar with all procedures needed when acquiring land (land measuring, cadastral registration, land book registration etc.)
• Ability to search and find involved authorities and companies connected with the above mentioned procedures.
• Excellent English language and PC skills.
• Driving licence, availability to travel.
• Ability to talk and negotiate with involved people to achieve results.
