Aftermarket back office – industrial field

In the name of our client, world leading provider of industrial productivity solutions, we are looking for a dynamic person to prospect, source, deal with and support customers, partners and distributors.
The position reports directly to the Commercial manager.

Responsibilities:

- To have in mind keeping the relation with the existing customers and to continue to increase the customer portfolio by prospecting and identifying new potentials.
- Monitor the aftermarket order process follow up.
- Use the technical available resources to achieve sales objectives and targets for his (her) business.
- Actively promote the company products in the territory by different promotional actions.
- Develop and strongly grow the Aftermarket business (parts and service).
- Keep tracks of all open business and continuously follow them to reach the established objectives.
- Keep a good and close cooperation with the management and all the other departments in the company – sales, logistics, etc.
- Provide technical support for customers and distributors.
- Prepare reports as assigned relative to his activity and send feedback to his (her) superior.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years relevant industrial sales experience (General Industry).
- Past or present working with distributors network may be a plus.
- University degree technically oriented.
- Must be proficient in using MS Office, knowledge of Lotus Notes and ERP could be a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills on both Romanian and English language is mandatory.
- Result oriented, with positive attitude, well organized, able to work independently and team player mind.
