CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

On behalf of our client, an important multinational company, world leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles, we are looking for a professional to fill in the position of:

After Market Sales Representative
(spare parts, refurbishment projects, services activities)

Part of key responsibilities will be:
•Acquisition of demands, inquiries and orders.
•Contract negotiation.
•Offer tracking, especially for strategic offers.
•AM project follow up.
•Customer relationship management.
•Development and execution of measures to improve the market position.
•Cooperation in planning activities.
•Growth of the company service turnover.

Key Requirements:
•The candidate should preferably be located in the center of Romania, willing to travel all over the country.
•At least 3-4 years sales & marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry.
•A technical background, ideally industrial/machinery
•Experience, patience and empathy to deal with GMs, but also foremen and workers, mostly within state-owned companies.
•Market know-how, including competition.
•Customer and marketing acquisition knowledge.
•Problem solving & decision ability.
•Team player, innovative thinking and acting.
•Presentation and negotiation skills, focused on results.
•Fluency in English or German
