| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
On behalf of our client, an European leader in POS displays design & production (Point of Sale Advertising and Communication), we are looking for a proactive, serious and with strong sales experience person for the position of ACCOUNT MANAGER.
Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships,
Strong Sales Skills,
Excellent Relationship Skills,
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Organizational Capabilities,
Technical Sales Ability,
Flexibility,
Availability to travel within Romania and abroad, own car (preferred not essential),
Experience in POP/Display business (preferred not essential),
Languages: Romanian: Native Speaker, English: Fluent, Polish would be additional advantage. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular, close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication.
Approves Change Orders and invoices
Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
Works closely with Design team on briefs from the client.
Works closely with 3D department on projects for the customers.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Account Director, Managing Director, Project Managers and Design Manager.
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
