Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL;
Minimum two years working experience with PL/SQL, SQL scripts.
SQL tuning, stored program units (procedures, functions, packages, triggers etc).
Good knowledge of Oracle RDBMS.
Computer science (or equivalent) degree.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly.
Analytical skills - problem recognition and resolution.
Attention to details.
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Determination and commitment, team player.

Would be a plus:

Working with Java objects from PL/SQL.
Knowledge of C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
Basic knowledge in operating systems (UNIX, Solaris, Windows etc).

Job description:
Responsible for:
Developing PL/SQL code for stored procedures functions packages types triggers to comply with application functionality and performance.
Collaborate with Java Developers to develop code at their request.
Maintain compatibility of the code developed for different platforms / implementations.
Provide portable code easy to migrate on different RDBMS.
Work with the Development team on solving the reported issues for product functionality, upgrade, migration and debugging.
Propose and implement new approach to improve the existing code, and functionality.
Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new product releases and technologies related with his work.
Inform the direct superior on any important issues which may have impact on functionality.
Protect the code by providing wrapping methodologies for the production sites.
Resolving the bugs related to application and RDBMS.
