- You must have a university degree.
- Relevant experience in a similar position and the related abilities: interviewing skills, psychological profiling, and assessment techniques
- You must be the same highly organized and proactively creative, a self-trusted independent and also a team addict; you must have interpersonal & communication skills and be a natural born winner; a confident speaker on the telephone and you should positively enjoy networking
- The talent to communicate and commercial awareness is essential for this role
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, organizational skills and very good communication skills are required.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- You will identify and attract the best professionals wherever they are and by any necessary means; will also gain their full trust and confidence.
- Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates using the latest and the most adequate methods and resources. This includes posting necessary advertisements, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for the vacant positions. At the same time, administration of the candidates' database and CV files;
- You will select and assess candidates accordingly to BlueSpace needs and using state-of-the art assessment tools
