Human Resources Generalist

University level degree, preferable in Social Sciences
Very good level of English (both written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Previous relevant working experience is required
Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and of recruitment and selection methods and techniques

Develop the HR policies and ensure their communication across the Company; advice the staff on all aspects of personnel policy and practice and appropriate legislation.
Responsible for the activities regarding personnel files administration; ensure that the personnel transactions are conducted in accordance with the labor law; update the staff evidence database and keep track of all time-off taken by the employees; offer support to the Company Management in developing job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment and selection process from job specifications to offer and acceptance; coordinate all recruitment sourcing, schedule and conduct interviews, manage applications and response, advise on hiring decision, agree the compensation proposal with Management and extend the employment offer to the candidate.
Responsible for payroll processing, including input of salary data. Collaborates with the HR Inspector in order to make sure that the salary related documents are timely transmitted to all necessary persons/institutions to be registered as per the legal requirements.
