CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Beside standard designer knowledge (photoshop, corel, design skills etc) he/she should know html/css at medium level (be able to provide webpages in both pciture format, but also html) + some basic understanding of javascript. Basic knowledge of ASP.NET would be an advantage (but not smth. required).
