Skills Required
- Experience in a similar position would be a plus, but not a must
- Responsibility, accuracy, pride of quality and dedication.

- Good English language skills, the working language in the company.
- Experienced Windows user (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Knowledge of and interest in accounting is a plus

The Office Manager is responsible for operating the Romanian office. This covers many aspects of the business, as outlined below. Accounting is handled separately by our in-house accountant, who together with the office manager forms the Administration team in BetBrain’s Bucharest office.

The office manager is the main contact between the company and its employees as well as public authorities. Tasks include:
- Preparing all documents regarding employees, contracts, and addendums, deals with local bank accounts, labor chamber, ensure cash flow, payments, and salaries
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Preparation of office documents
- Organizing company events
- Recruitment work such as making job postings
- Looking, selecting, doing follow ups on contracts that are already made or new.
- Together with the accountant be responsible for the legal liabilities and payments, taxes, invoices
- Responsibility for protecting company’s property, assets and security.
