| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Good computer use skills and speed
- Good problem solving skills, intelligence and efficiency.
- Very good written English, and good spoken English.
- Betting and sports experience / knowledge is a plus, but certainly not a must
- No previous job experience is necessary.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The customer supporter will help our users (by e-mail), report and fix different errors and also accomplish different maintenance and testing tasks. He/She will also actively involve in betting and betting risk management.
The supporter will be required to work fixed hours in an evening schedule - from 16:00 to 00:00 - and which also covers one day of the weekend.
