CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements
• The applicant should have a degree in Structural or Civil engineering discipline. They will be Licensed Engineers or close to obtaining qualification. Alternatively, the candidate will be approaching or have recently achieved chartered status (Civil or Structural) with proven design experience.
• Fluent in Romanian & English
• Able to work under own initiative to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• They will be expected to contribute to resource planning and project budget costing of their projects.
An understanding of building detail
• Experience in working closely with Architects.
• Computer literate (MS Office, structural analysis software)
• Potential to take on a management role in supervising and mentoring less experienced team members

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities
• Prepare, monitor and review the preparation of detail designs ensuring its timely delivery
Undertaking design of structural design projects
• Organising and undertaking site inspections as necessary
• Ensuring compliance to appropriate design and health & safety standards as required
• Dealing with clients, internal and external project managers
• You will be engaged either as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team working on large projects, or independently, managing small / medium sized projects
