CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

•Successful applicants must have a track record of success in the design projects, in the commercial and residential sector.
You will need previous hotel/resort experience and be fluent in the English language.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years post-graduate experience working on the prestigious architectural design.
•CAD proficiency is essential and the applicants should have an up to date portfolio (max.size 4 MB) displaying successful projects that have been designed and completed.
•Must be able to communicate efficiently in English (Advance Level) and to build strong relations with clients.
•Able to work under own initiative to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
•Ability to run own projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
• Confident to go on site and liaise with clients in person UK wide
• Strong knowledge of building and construction regulations
