Professional Requirements
- International accountancy qualification
- CECCAR membership, ACCA is a plus
- Minimum + 3 years of work experience in similar area
- University degree in economics
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with “dotted line” relationships and willingness to interact with personnel across all functional areas
- Willingness for occasional travel to field locations.

Internal responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates the entire activity for a new accounting department (5-7 people).
- Finishes the accounting projects in time and in accordance with professional standards.
- Monitors and reviews continuous current status of accounting projects. Takes required measures to keep projects on track.
- Supervises staff.
- Trains, develops and motivates the team to improve efficiency and professionalism.
- Identifies performance improvement opportunities.
- Prepares departmental reports.
- Assures interface with the Audit/Tax Departments as necessary.

Client responsibilities
- Represents the company in relations with company’s clients, along with the Accounting Partner.
- Offers support for various clients with accounting and regulatory assistance, policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate with clients throughout the engagement.
- Analyzes client set-up and accounting system requirements.
- Proposes and implements the best solutions suited for client.
