Site Manager - Roads / Water Infrastructure

For one of our clients a leading construction company we are looking for a professional to fill the role of Site Manager for water/roads infrastructure projects.

- University graduate;
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction, of which 3 years as Head of the site;
- Experience in collaboration with consulting companies;
- English - good level;
- Knowledge of good operating PC (MS Office).

- Very good leadership skills;
- Dynamism and capacity to adapt to change and making important decisions in the short term;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility;
- Pragmatic and results oriented.

- Construction site management in terms of execution of work;
- Surveillance of entrepreneurs activity;
- Coordinate own work teams;
- Working with the project manager and having constant information on site events;
- Monitoring execution, in terms of quantities, compliance with the project, quality and compliance deadlines;
- Reporting regularly achieved gross margin;
- Study of construction plans and tracking their implementation in practice;
- Establishing the necessary resources (material, equipment, personnel) on the basis of the execution plan;
- Proposing measures to solve technical problems;
- Participate to the necessary modifications of plans and budget;
- Preparation and submission of periodic internal reports.
