Project Manager - Utilities

On behalf of our client, one of the leading construction development company , we are searching for an professional to fill the position of Project Manager - Utilities.
The Project Manager - Utilities is to give support to the construction team who are activating in different projects of residential, retail or office .

The successfull candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing relations with local authorities for obtaining authorizations /certificates necessary for construction (Urbanization certificate, PUZ, Construction Authorization…).;
- Managing relations with subcontractors which are drafting the technical projects, PUZ necessary for obtaining authorizations;
- Keep track of all the applications made for authorizations and verify they are obtained in time;
- Managing relations with utilities companies (energy, water, gas, sewage) and the roads company for obtaining the proposed solutions by these companies for utilities and access road;
- Evaluating lands in regards to points of connections to utilities (gas, energy, sewage, water, access road);
The Project Manager has particular reference to the following functions:
Predevelopment, Construction/Execution and Exit.
- He will cooperate with all departments to get and to give the necessary information with the purpose to keep updated the project’s time sheet till the end of each project

Requaierments:
- B Sc in engineering;
- 2+ years relevant experience in a similar position;
