CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor degree in construction
- Minimum experience in a similar position – 3 years
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project/
Primavera,
- Managerial abilities (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Solution oriented and proactive attitude |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients a leading construction company we are looking for a professional to fill the role of Project Manager for water/roads infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules and monitors the activities: development and design, resource supply and construction within the project deadlines
- Release technical approvals and building permits for networks connexions
- Monitors and coordinates the team
- Keeps track of progress and ensures that the project is on time and on budget
- Sets objectives and tasks for the project team
- Plans project activities according to the development plan, the company’s strategy and the budgeted target. |
