Mechanical Engineer Important shaped profiles and rolled steel manufacturer - Calarasi

On behalf of our client, one of the most important shaped profiles and rolled steel manufacturer in Romania, we are searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment (Laminators), machinery and processes.

- Ensuring that the engineering systems and processes operate efficiently and safely.

- Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff;

- Project management within cost and time constrained environments;

- Providing advice and consultancy support.

Requirements:

- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience to provide intimate knowledge of the theory and practice of instrumentation and mechanical Engineering as used in an enterprise specialized in the manufacture of shapes and shaped rolled steel;

- Must understand conceptual design engineering, fabrication, construction, cost engineering, and project management.

- Good motivational, planning/scheduling, and communication skills are required.

- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under all work conditions and perform in a team atmosphere.

Additional requirements

5+ years in mechanical engineering and related fields.
2+ years in the Steel industry.
