Help Desk - Second Level Support on Microsoft Products

In the name of our client, one of the biggest multinational companies in the world that acts in industries related to the agriculture, we are searching for a young and dedicated IT Analyst that must:

• Be customer focused and service orientated;
• Have strong IT skills on client (pc and laptop), servers (Windows 2003), network skills 1-3 years experience;
• Have very good Romanian and English language skills (written and verbal);
• Be a very good team player;
• Be self motivated and capable of working on own initiative in a pressure environment;
• Show ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment and provide effective escalation or solutions;
• Experience in working and supporting remote location sites;

• Be 2nd line user support on desktop, laptop, WTS, installation of desktops and laptop, rollout of software;
• Implementation and compliance with TCO processes
• Admin of File and Print servers (Windows 2003) for the Romania region;
• Ensure that the company's IT Infrastructure operates in a smooth and secured manner;
• Implementation of the company's IT policies and security policies;
• Administrate the LAN in order to operate in a smooth manner;
• Work in collaboration with other IT teams in Europe and global team;
• Co-ordinate efforts of third party suppliers;
• Participate in IT project for the business;
