Civil Design Engineer

On behalf of our client, a Spanish-Romanian well known construction company, we are searching for a Civil Design Engineer.

- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Advanced knowledge in AutoCad;
- Advanced knowledge in integrated software for structural analysis, design and calculation;
- Good command of English;
- Team Player, good communication skills;

Typical work activities include:

- Structure design and calculus using dedicated IT software, accordingly to the Romanian normative and standards.
- Supervise the construction of projects once they are designed;
- Analyzing suitable configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure;
- Calculating the pressures, stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, is likely to experience from other parts of the structure or external pressures, such as wind and waves;
- Liaising with other designers, including architects, to reach agreement about safe designs and how they may fit in with the aesthetic concept of the construction
