Aftermarket Sales Engineer - World Leader in Industrial Solutions

For our client, world leading provider of industrial productivity solutions, we are searching for an Area Sales Engineer.

Requirements:

- Mechanical / technical background.
- Proven sales experience of minimum 3 years in field of spare parts /services or machinery.
- English skill would be a plus.
- PC literate (including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet and e-mail).
- Self-driven, reliable, determined.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic communicator, listener.
- Business Oriented, results driven, team player.
- Willing to travel.
- Clean driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
- To sell in the field the aftermarket products and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and team works.
- To maintain regular contact with all customers especially key accounts and to develop and enhance good working relationship;
- To keep customers informed on new aftermarket products, such as new service plan and optimized products.
- To work closely with aftermarket team to collect customer’s needs and follow up the customers in the assigned region.
- Communication with service team to provide perfect after sales solution to customers.
- To interact with product sales team to provide customer needs.
- Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments.
- Maintain a professional image at all times through personal actions and initiatives.
