| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
On behalf of our client, leading Telecom and internet provider, we are searching for a talented Operational Expert
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a proven record of IT and telcom exposure. Experience in network operations, strong planning and organization skills, and quality reflex are important assets and are considerate key indicators for your future performance in this role.
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of Linux, Data Base as Oracle, my SQL.
- Technical expertise of IT systems and service platforms monitoring tools.
- Project management knowledge.
- Commercial experience to negotiate best terms and conditions as well as SLA with vendors.
- Operational experience needed.
Other requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Diplomacy, costumer and team oriented attitude as well as general adaptability are highly valued.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensure continuous support for existing applications and IT tools required on daily basis for operations. In case of outage or problems liaise with hosting entities to troubleshoot and take all appropriate actions to minimize down time
- Be involved in all tools evolutions and new tools introduction, make sure that their comply with company policies and operations objectives.
- Provide accurate support to manage alarm threshold and filtering as per the business requirements
- With regards to on line documentation manage the specific web site, both from a development perspective to accommodate new needs but also from a document posting and referencing perspective.
