Excellent English skills - written and spoken
Self-confidence to sell/communicate in front of Senior Managers
Strong business presentation skills
Competent negotiation skills (projects, interpersonal and commercial)
Strong IT market Knowledge
2-3 years experience in Recruitment field (technical backgroung is prefered)

Compile job descriptions with client, if necessary;
Managing the advertising campaign for each individual project;
Identify potential candidates in accordance with job description;
Arrange interview schedule, ensuring office diary is also updated;
Interview potential candidates, providing positive/negative feedback;
Write candidate reports and correspondence to client, maintaining constant communication lines;
Arrange client/candidate interview where necessary;
Complete reference checking for all candidates participating in projects;
