On behalf of our client, an international Embassy with a strong presence in Romania, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person for the position of Receptionist for the period of February-March 2007. This is a really high profile organisation that requires an individual who is presentable, well mannered, communicative and sociable with excellent written and spoken English.


This position is highly respected within the Embassy as you will be the first point of contact with any visitor or caller. Duties include:

- Welcome all visitors in a friendly and communicative manner;
- Manage the Embassy Switchboard – filtering calls;
- Ensuring all documentation is efficiently circulated and maintained;
- Manager travel itineraries – booking flights and hotel accommodation;
- Administrative tasks - updating & distributing staff lists, staff databases, embassy organigram, management charter, co-ordinating sick leave returns information.
