On behalf of our client one of the world's premier Call Center operators and enhanced information services provider, we are currently recruiting a person for the position Administrative Responsible.

- Professional/competences

o University Degree in Economics or any comparable education
o at least two years of professional coherent experience
o English language very good (written + conversational – phone) and/or Italian as a plus
o advanced skills of excel and word

To perform
• Presidium of the outsourced administrative services (Payroll , accounting & book-keeping)
• Cash flow and treasury (forecast & actual )
• Invoicing to Customers and related payment process
• Suppliers : controlling received invoices, and execute (after authorization) related payments

To check
• internal data versus outsourced services
• internal procedures respect
• progress versus action plans for key activities/projects (functional/inter-functional)

To analyse
• Forecast deviations
• Profitability by job order
• Costs per unit and key productivity indicators
