RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client urgently needs an experienced and motivated team leader to take control of the call call center team!You will have the ability to manage, encourage, coach and motivate team members to maximise performance and ensure the achievement of targets!
To be succesful for this role you will need to meet some key requierments:
- Italian speaker with 2 years telemarketing experience;
- 6 months experience as a team leader;
- Self motivated and results driven, pro active approach to problem solving, team player with a sense of humour,
people management capability.
The team that you will coordinate will be representing an Italian company, making calls on behalf of a well known brand.
