SHOP MANAGER/ SLATINA- Famous Multinational Telecom Company

For one of our clients, a highly prestigious multinational telecom company, we are currently searching for experienced, mature and professional candidates to fill in the role of SHOP MANAGER for SLATINA.

The successful SHOP MANAGER will have to focus on the following areas:
• Maximize sales and exceed customers’ expectations whilst adhering to company’s policies and procedures.
• effectively manage all available resources in order to maximize Shop profitability

Main responsibilities for this role include:

• maximize sales through effective sales floor management
• proactively develop initiatives in order to optimize local market opportunities
• ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service standards and product knowledge in order to grow the customer base
• coach and develop the team members
• develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential whilst following company’s policies and procedures
• ensure that all operational areas are maintained in line with company’s standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop
• ensure that the shop operates effectively
• Ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values.

Qualifications:

Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills make you a top candidate.
We expect computer proficiency and at least 2 years' management experience, as well relevant sales experience. University Degree and fluency in English are a must for these positions.
