SHOP MANAGER: Alexandria, Brasov, Vaslui

On behalf of Orange Romania, Barnett McCall Recruitment is looking for experienced, mature and professional candidates to fill in the role of SHOP MANAGER for the following locations: ALEXANDRIA, BRASOV and VASLUI.

The successful SHOP MANAGER will have to focus on the following areas:
• Maximize sales and exceed customers’ expectations whilst adhering to Orange policies and procedures.
• effectively manage all available resources in order to maximize Shop profitability

Main responsibilities for this role include:

• maximize sales through effective sales floor management
• pro actively develop initiatives in order to optimize local market opportunities
• ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service standards and product knowledge in order to grow the customer base
• coach and develop the team members
• develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential whilst following Orange policies and procedures
• ensure that all operational areas are maintained in line with Orange standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop
• ensure that the shop operates effectively
• Ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values.

Qualifications:

Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills make you a top candidate.
We expect computer proficiency and at least 2 years' management experience, as well relevant sales experience. University Degree and fluency in English are a must for these positions.
