| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate should have:
- at least 3 years experience as real estate valuer,
- English at proficiency level is a must,
- experience with in international clients,
- communication skills, organized, open-minded
- driving license,
- ability to travel |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
On behalf of our client, the global leader of the real estate market, we are currently looking for an experienced, service focused and highly organized SENIOR VALUER.
The responsibilities are:
-undertaking property inspections and preparing of reports -preparing valuation contracts for assignments,
- researching activities in relation with market evidence for comparable transactions,
- being up to date with the real estate market in Bucharest and across the country,
- offering support to the Head of Valuation&Consultancy department.
