Senior Consultant - Global HR Consulting Company

Our client is a leading global HR Consulting firm, specialized in preparing, implementing and supporting major change at corporate and individual level, having fifty two offices in thirteen European, North-African and South-American countries. Having as main focus corporate change, Organizational Performance and Human Capital Management, the company combines effectively cross border coordination with flexible integration of local best practices.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant, a high-potential professional who is commercially minded, having the ability to identify, win and manage ‘Romanian key accounts expanding to surrounding countries. The ideal candidate would be someone who has either worked in a consulting company before, or within a multinational in environments where he has been exposed to high-level professional practices. He/she should posses:
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, ability to win confidence and build trust within large organisations and companies and effectively lead meetings with senior-decision makers;
- A positive attitude, with a results-oriented ‘can do’ approach;
-The ability to work within a successful team where individual and team performance is of equal measure.

This person will contribute to the development plan and target list (which already exists), whilst focussing on business development activities;
He/ she will manage the client relationships until a full transition has taken place to the implementation team, constantly updating the consultants who will implement the project and the client, ensuring both parties have the relevant information needed to ensure positive results.
