Sales& Marketing Engineer- constructions&personal protection field

On behalf of our client, DuPont Romania, a 200-year-old science company offering innovative products, technologies and services that improve the lives of people everywhere, we are searching for a customer focused, goal oriented
Sales& Marketing Representative, who will be in charge of sales & marketing activities for the Construction Segment and DuPont Personal Protection Products in Romania & Balkans.
Key requirements:
- Technical degree, ideally with business / marketing combination;
- At least 3 years experience in a sales / marketing position (preferably in the field of construction and / or industrial safety), with proven track record of managing key accounts and/or distributors;
- Customer focused, goal oriented and can act and work independently;
- Must have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and be able to communicate with a wide range of people of different levels and countries;
- Romanian native speaker ; fluent in English; other languages (Serbian, Bulgarian ) would be an asset.

- Developing in-depth product and application know-how for the business
- Maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers
- Working closely with business teams from other countries to allow them effectively plan and implement their sales programs in the defined region
- Identifying and building relationships with key partners in the value chain. Liaise internally with appropriate business contacts and act to them as a local advisor for growing their sales
- Gaining and maintaining familiarity with customers' markets and businesses, with marketplace trends, and with the competitive environments
- Assisting in identifying new sales perspectives and driving business growth in the region
