Real Estate Agency Manager.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- Developing the company’s image on the real estate market;
- Designing and implementing sales strategies;
- Coordination and training of real estate agents;
- Monitoring the sales activity;
- Negotiating the company’s contracts;
- Elaborating activity reports to the company’s stakeholders;
- Designing and implementing market research in order to identify developing opportunities for the company.
Requirements:
- University graduate;
- At least 3 years managerial experience in a real estate company;
- Advanced MS Office and English knowledge;
- Good knowledge in real estate laws would constitute a plus.
