CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Kunde, wichtige Öl- und Gasfirma, eine/n Support-Mitarbeiter
QUALIFIKATIONEN:
- Bevorzugt werden Bewerber/innen mit einem Abschluss der Fachrichtungen (Elektro)technik oder Automatik oder Hochschulabschluss einer Hochschule mit Informatikprofil;
- Fließend in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift);
- Erfahrung 1-3 Jahre; Plus: technische hardware Erfahrung/ multinationale Unternehmen;
- Sehr gute Fehler beseitigen Kentnisse für Laptop und Desktop;
- Sehr gute Fehler beseitigen Kentnisse für Micrsoft Windows und Office;
- Minimale Netzwerkkentnisse;
- Der Wunsch neue Technologien zu lehrnen;
- Teamarbeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Űbernimmnt Telefonanrufe und antwortet e-mails
Gibt L1 support für Benutzer für:
- Windows, Windows XP;
- Anschluss an LAN und WAN Netzwerke ;
- Office XP;
- Antivirus;
- Kontrolle der Anwendungen benutzt von den User;
- Bestimmt den Schwierigkeitsgrad von Problemen und leitet die Anrufe zu den Level 2 Support um;
- Unterstützt die Datenmigration in dem Upgradeprozess der Hardware oder Software;
- Ist immer aktuell mit den gegenwärtigen implementierten Technologien.
