Marketing & Sales Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a property development company with a multi-million euro investment in Bucharest, we're searching for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to design, implement and maximise the marketing campaign to ensure the ultimate goal is reached - to sell all of the luxurious residential properties in the heart of the capital upon their completion.

Working within a small international team, particularly with the expatriate Country Manager, you will have a creative and innovative role with the ability to realise your own ideas and concepts whilst maintaining a 'hands on' and practical position within the team. This position is viewed as being of strategic importance as the company moves forward in its development.

Cerinte:

- Design and Implement the full marketing campaign, including building and managing the budget, working with suppliers, realising the concept and constantly striving to maximise the potential of your campaign;
- Present innovative concepts for branding Luxury Accommodation and Lifestyles in the capital by driving relationships with the press and other media related agencies;
- Assist the Country Manager in ensuring the administrative aspects of the business, particularly in relation to the marketing and sales objectives are carefully handled and monitored.
- Build a strong and deliberate presence on the market, by ensuring your image, brand and name is known by your target market.
