Accounting Assistant

In the name of our client , a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company , we are searching an Accounting Assistant:

The candidate must have:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years accounting experience, preferrably with Multinational Corporation
- Initiative and Anticipation
- Analysis and Problem Solving
- Personal Credibility
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- IT Skills : Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office; SAP
- Language Skill : Oral and written communication in Enghish

Key Responsibilites:

- Analyze and prepare journal entries/adjusting entries
- Process large vouchers
- Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation of appropriates accounts to ensure correlation between the statutory and management ledgers , necessary for country and US GAAP reporting purposes
- Perform compliaance reviews of various internal controls and procedures ( participation in control reviews of key areas with financial impact)
- Respond to ad hoc financial request
- Prepare documentation to support audit findings
- Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with the organisational policy
