Junior Internal Auditor

-University graduate in Finance or Accounting or Economics
-Two years of public accounting and audit experience in international big four firms
-Excellent English (Read, Written, Spoken)
-Excellent writing skills
-Very good knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
-Ability to analyze data (Data Mining)
-Ability to develop process mappings
-Willingness of pursuing professional development opportunities, including external and internal trainings and professional association memberships
-Will act with unquestionable Ethical standards
-Diplomatic
-Some travels required (30 to 40%)
-Very good communication skills
-Desire for progression
-Energetic person
-Very good interpersonal skills.

-Execute the Regional or Global audit projects (performance, compliance, operational and financial audits)
-Execute the SOX 404 program (process documentation, walkthroughs, controls testing and remediation)
-Assist in communicating the results of audits and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors
-Provide adequate support to the Romanian Operational Organizations to help them maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards.
-Assist in identifying and evaluating the organization risk areas and provide inputs to the development of the annual audit plan.
-Represent Corporate Assurance on organizational project teams
