Industry Sales Specialist

For our client, a well known Danish manufacturer of a wide range of centrifugal pumps and systems for water applications in industry, irrigation, heating and wastewater treatment, we are searching for an Industry Sales Specialist. The requirements are:

- Technical studies- Installation or Hydrotehnic will be an advantage;
- 3-4 years of experience in selling industrial equipments;
- Driving licence- B Category;
- Fluency in English;
- Dynamic personality, with strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Ensuring commercial and technical support to direct and indirect customers;
- Taking responsibility for the sales of company's industry equipments in Romania;
- Visiting and following up engineering companies/consultants/local authorities/specialized companies etc. and also indirect customers;
- Drawing market studies of the Industry Segment (size, groups, competitors, SWOT analyse);
- Forecasting of Industry market segments;
- Participating in development of sales strategies;
- Creating strategies for activities and events (exhibitions, launching specific products etc);
- Building strategy alliances with key customers and suppliers;
- Industry training for dealer network, new sales staff, local employees.
