Financial Controller - Big Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a national importer and dealer in electronics, house hold appliances, we are looking for a Financial Controller.

• Degree in Finance or Economics;
• 2 - 3 year experience accounting, preferable in financial controlling;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian and international finance and accounting standards;
• Good conceptual skills and understanding of IAS/ IFRS accounting principles and theories;
• Knowledge of the Socrate system is an advantage;
• Very good communication skills & teamwork attitude;
• Good in English and strong computer literacy (especially Excel).

•Bookkeeping of the entries;
•Follow up of the Budget according to the official planning assumptions/ planning schedule (in close cooperation with the business responsible representatives);
•On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reports according to the official reporting-time-schedule IAS/ IFRS and makes the relevant analysis;
•On-time delivery of daily cash reports;
•Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management
•Analysis and interpretation of management relevant information;
•Developing and proposing corrective measures in the case of negative actual/budget deviations; actual/actual deviations;
•Ensuring all the support is requested to audit teams (internal and external);
•Continuous improvement the reporting system.
