CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Significant professional management experience- at least 2 years of financial management experience;
- Formal accounting or business education, high level professional education would be a plus;
- English proficiency;
- Sound understanding of business environment and economics to elicit credibility with all levels of management;
- Knowledge of taxe legislation in particular and of accountancy legislation in general;
- Presence to deal with the financial community;
- Demonstrated ability to lead, to have a pro-active attitude; |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
On behalf of our client, an important holding of companies in real estate investment and development, we are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Manager.
This person will direct and oversee all financial activities of the group, will help accomplish the group's strategic objectives by planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating financial plans and by enforcing financial
Main responsibilities:
- Developing financial and accountancy systems to facilitate informal management decision-making;
- Configuring finance function to reflect business needs;
- Overseeing and coordinating of the budgeting and projection process;
- Making the internal controlling system of the documents and prognostic for the risk involved in the projects;
- Conducting annual budget planning;
- Ensuring the effective management of financial operations;
- Making the balance sheep according to legislation;
- Ensuring the accountancy registers;
- Stock controlling;
- Controlling the firm payments and the taxes system of payments;
- Cost analyzing of the projects;
- Sold analyzing every 2 month;
- Ensure that all external & internal report obligations are met.
